The big-time question on the table in the marketplace of ideas is: IS THE ALLAH OF THE QUR’AN THE SAME GOD AS THE JEHOVAH, I AM, GOD OF THE BIBLE?
As a historian, there is no doubt in my mind that is what Mohammed wanted his book, that he considered the third testament, to present. However, 1,400 years of radical re-understanding of the Bible and the relationship of Father God, Emmanuel, the God we can see and the Comforter, the Holy Spirit God that dwells in every true Christian, we have developed a theology of a loving God that loves, cares for and at the cross died for his people, and was resurrected to pray for us from Paradise as well as live within us.
Fourteen hundred years from the writing down of the Prophet in the Qur’an the Allah of the prophet is defined as a god demanding jihad, the killing of enemies, not the loving of enemies as Emmanuel demands. The god of the Qur’an offers an immoral reward in heaven, designed to create lust and desire in the mind of a man set on jihad, with dreams of 75 beautiful women climbing all over him in lust and sinful immoral behavior, while Emmanuel says to love your enemies and to keep all lust from your mind and heart. While Allah is coming with the twelfth Imam to kill all enemies, Jesus is represented in a self-told story as the good shepherd that will go to dangerous places to rescue a lost soul, a child of the enemy.
Here the over-dramatic artist pictures the length our God, the Good Shepherd, will go to rescue a child of the enemy.
Is there a difference? You bet your sweet bippy there is, and that difference is the difference between Heaven and Hell, between good and greed, between love and arrogance.

Herb, Michael Brown here. I went to your church for a few months while working in Las Cruces about 4 years ago. I hope all is well with you and your congregation and your missions. You are one of only two higher called teachers that I have ever known. Possibly the only one with a little extra wisdom and knowledge, wink. I live in Florida however, I would be interested in being of some service. Again hope it all is well with you your congregation and your missions.
