Many go through life as a “people-pleaser.” Then when things get rough and unpleasant, they find themselves alone and abandoned by the often-pleased people they thought were friends. We are dealing today with finding “What To Do?” What is the Lord’s will for us as recorded in Ephesians 5:15-17.
“Without faith it is impossible to please God.”
That is dynamic, fully-obedient faith that welcomes all God is asking of us. That faith will make risk-takers out of us so we take advantage of every opportunity. Being a God pleaser makes us willing to undertake the most challenging Ephesians 2:10 task, knowing God is our safety net if we make misstep and fall. When we have believed, blessed assurance that Jesus is mine and we can go to Him for guidance for wise, divine decisions, we step forward for His direction to take advantage of every God-given opportunity.
