This Is The Day!

This Is The Day!

The temple, “The Father’s house” (Matthew 21:12, 13), was packed. The invitations had been sent 1,500 years ago.

Leviticus 23:15, “From the day after the Sabbath, the day you brought the sheaf of the wave offering, count off seven full weeks. (16) Count off fifty days up to the day after the seventh Sabbath, and then present an offering of new grain to the LORD.”

Every good Jewish man had to bring to the temple two loaves of bread; this included the disciples of Jesus. Josephus estimates 300,000 at the temple that day. From everywhere, of the people mentioned, at least 400 native languages.

This was the Birthday of the Holy Universal Church of Jesus, 3,000 baptized into Christ that day. From here to “Judea, Samaria, and to the uttermost parts of the world.” However, thousands of years of racial, political, linguistic, educational, economic prejudices and problems stood in their way. It was not going to be easy; it would take the Holy Spirit and men totally dedicated to the Word and guided by the Holy Spirit to make it happen. God is waiting.
